Monika Bończa-Tomaszewska

An experienced manager in the execution of national and international projects and in managing cultural institutions. An expert in communication and collaboration across the culture, science, and energy sectors. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with the Warsaw Rising Museum, the National Audiovisual Institute, cultural institutions, energy companies, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, and the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Currently, at the National Institute of Cultural Heritage, she is responsible for developing institutional partnerships.

Sylwia Bielicka 

Archeologist, culture studies expert, museologist specialize in education projects, including the National Museum in Warsaw. Specialist at the National Institute of Cultural Heritage.

Maciej Mądry

Director of Monument Protection at the Foundation for the Protection of Industrial Heritage of Silesia, a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław, and a recipient of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage scholarship in 2016 and 2024 in the field of monument care.

Agnieszka Olczyk

Head of the Regional Branch in Katowice at the National Heritage Institute, conservator of monuments, graduate of master’s studies in the field of Cultural Heritage Protection, specializing in conservation at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also completed postgraduate studies in research and analysis of historical architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Cracow University of Technology and postgraduate studies in „Heritage Academy” on heritage management, organized by the International Cultural Centre in Krakow and the University of Economics in Krakow.

Ewa Swat

Administrative Director of the Foundation for the Protection of Silesian Industrial Heritage (since 2007). She participated in the planning and execution of international conferences, including „European Shipyard Heritage – Preservation of the Gdańsk Shipyard” and Big Stuff „Preservation of Large Industrial Objects in a Changing Environment.” A graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław and postgraduate studies in EU project management at the University of Warsaw.
