Miles Oglethorpe
President of the International Committee for the Conservation of Industrial Heritage (TICCIH), Head of Industrial Heritage at Historic Environment Scotland. Since 1985, he has been a member of the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland. He led the project to inscribe the Forth Rail Bridge on the World Heritage List.
Jerzy Jasieńko
Civil engineer, professor of technical sciences, and specialist in heritage preservation. During the 2016–2020 term, he was Vice-Rector of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has published over 90 scientific and technical papers, focusing primarily on the repair, conservation, and strengthening of structural elements in historic buildings, the use of mechanical and adhesive connections, and the drying and insulation of structures.
Massimo Preite
An expert in urban planning and industrial heritage, a board member of TICCIH and ERIH. As part of the Erasmus Mundus program, he conducts a series of lectures on industrial heritage as part of the course „Technology, Heritage, Industrial Areas: History, Valorization, Teaching” at universities in Padua and Paris.
Pierre Laconte
Chair of the Industrial and Engineering Heritage Committee of Europa Nostra. Co-founder of the planning team for the new city of Louvain, and recipient of the Abercrombie Prize from the International Union of Architects. He is a board member of ICOMOS Belgium and a member of the German Academy of Arts in Berlin.

Jaap Nieweg
President of FEDECRAIL (the European Federation of Museum and Tourist Railways), a pan-European federation uniting museums, tourist railways, and historic railway vehicle owners. The organization works on solutions for historic railways in collaboration with the European Commission and the European Parliament.
